Refund Policy

At Sacred Energy Acupuncture, we value transparency and flexibility. Please review our refund policy for services, packages, and products below.

Package Refunds

  • Conditions: Refunds are only available for unused packages and must be requested within 3 days of purchase. Partial refunds are not issued once any sessions in a package have been used.

  • Process: To request a refund, please contact us at 727-210-5986 or visit us in person. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original form of payment.

Please note: If any sessions from a package have been used, the package is considered active and non-refundable.

Herbal Product Refunds

We accept returns on unopened herbal products within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Opened or used herbal products are not eligible for return due to safety and quality standards.

Non-Refundable Items
  • Completed services

  • Opened or used herbal products

  • Promotional packages with separate refund terms (if applicable)

How to Request a Refund
