At Sacred Energy Acupuncture, we value transparency and flexibility. Please review our refund policy for services, packages, and products below.

Package Refunds

If you purchase a multi-session package and choose not to use all sessions, you may request a refund for the unused sessions. Refunds are calculated as follows:

  • Used sessions will be deducted from the refund at the full single-session rate.

  • The remaining balance for unused sessions will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Example: If you purchase a 10-session acupuncture package and use 3 sessions, those 3 sessions will be deducted at the regular rate of $100 each. The remaining 7 sessions will be refunded based on the adjusted balance.

Herbal Product Refunds

We accept returns on unopened herbal products within [15/30] days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Opened or used herbal products are not eligible for return due to safety and quality standards.

Non-Refundable Items
  • Completed services

  • Opened or used herbal products

  • Promotional packages with separate refund terms (if applicable)
